Never be misled through the similar appearance, all of the sections around the next 6-series is going to be new. BMW has selected to stay having a fabric roof since it increases the center of gravity and keeps weight low.

The brand new BMW 6-series’ engines is going to be attracted in the 5-series they’ll be mildly modified versions of today’s six-cylinder petrols and diesels, and V8 petrols. The large-selling powerplants would be the 3.-litre gas (630i) and twin-turbo 3.-litre diesel (635d).

The following 6-series would be the introduction of ZF’s new eight-speed automatic transmission.
